About this website

PracticeLingo provides information about its multilingual patient access platform and allows organisations to contact the team or request a demonstration.

Information entered into the website

PracticeLingo does not collect or store information entered into the Book a Demo form on the website. When you select Send Email, the website prepares an email draft in your own email application. No enquiry information is transmitted to a website backend or stored by the website, and the website does not send email.

You must review and send the draft yourself. If you choose to send it, the information you include is received by PracticeLingo through email and used to respond to your enquiry.

Information to include in email enquiries

Provide only information necessary for your organisational or business enquiry. Do not include patient-identifiable information, clinical information, medical records or other sensitive patient information in general email enquiries.

Analytics and measurement

The website does not currently use an active third-party analytics or tracking collector. Privacy-conscious measurement hooks are disabled unless you choose to enable optional measurement. Events contain only an action identifier and page path, not form-field content or URL query strings. No collection endpoint is connected.

Local preference storage

Your browser may store a local preference indicating whether optional measurement is allowed or declined. This preference remains on your device; it is not an advertising cookie.

You can choose not to use the Book a Demo form, contact PracticeLingo directly by email, or decline optional measurement.
